Four-story renovation plus a two-story vertical extension, arranged as two duplexes and a triplex across 7,000 square feet. Double-height interiors reach eighteen feet, every unit opens to private terraced outdoor space, and a custom fluted terracotta rear façade echoes the S-curve of the interior linen curtains. Built to NYC Zone Green with triple-glazed windows, all-electric systems, and reclaimed heart pine floors, millwork, and ceilings throughout.
